Return Policy β AGCW
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your bedding order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags included. Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
Return Shipping & Eligibility
To request a return, please contact us at info@agcw.store with your order number and reason for the request. If your return is approved due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect bedding item, we will provide a prepaid return label along with instructions for sending the package back.
If you wish to return an item for personal reasons such as preference, sizing choice, or change of mind, you are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Original shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is related to an error on our side.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following bedding items are not eligible for return:
β’ Used, washed, or worn bedding
β’ Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage after delivery
β’ Final sale or clearance bedding collections
β’ Gift cards
Damages & Delivery Issues
If your bedding arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email info@agcw.store within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and your order number so we can review the issue quickly.
If your order has not arrived within 60 days from shipment (with a correct and complete address provided), you may be eligible for a full refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different bedding item is to return the original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.
European Union β 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your bedding order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. Items must remain unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with proof of purchase. Exceptions permitted by law may apply.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times from banks or card providers may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact info@agcw.store for assistance.
